Classes at Compound S&C

All classes at Compound Strength & Conditioning are suitable for all fitness levels & abilities - from complete beginners to advanced athletes.

Whether you want to start getting involved in our strength & conditioning classes, give boxing conditioning a try, or get involved at olympic weightlifting - all classes will be suitable no matter what your current fitness level or experience. Our programming allows complete beginners to train alongside more experienced athletes and all make progress at the same time.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning classes are the heart of what we do at Compound. These 1 hour classes are designed to get/keep you strong, fit, healthy and ready for life. Through personal training within a group environment, we use functional movement to improve every aspect of fitness. You will regularly be asked to push, pull, squat, hinge, sprint, jump, swing, carry, stretch, laugh, support and most importantly HAVE FUN!
These classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.

Olympic Weightlifting

Nottingham Weightlifting Club is affiliated to the British Weightlifting Association and runs from Compound Strength & Conditioning. We offer a 3 day per week Olympic Weightlifting program, with all 3 sessions closely coached by one of our experienced trainers.
