Training has always played a massive role in my life, and it was my passion for training and helping others which led me to become a personal trainer. My aim is to help people become healthier and happier, and to educate them on how to achieve & maintain their goals along the way!
Body composition transformations are my speciality and I work with a wide range of clients to help them achieve their personal physique goals. I aim to give people the exact tools needed so that they can train confidently and understand every part of the process.'

Danny believes in building a foundation of strength and the importance of proper technique, which is evident in the way he coaches his clients to having complete confidence with each movement.
Not only does Danny deliver a huge amount of value within each hour session, he is always checking in with clients throughout the week to make sure everyone is on track to their goals.
Danny is based at Compound Second Space for all of his personal training, and also offers some online coaching.
